Our Pitmaster / Owner, Danny Hernandez, opens his doors so all of Tampa Bay can experience firsthand his texas inspired, handcrafted brisket, and share his love and passion for the craft with our community.
As the Founder of Holy Hog Barbeque and being raised his entire life in a restaurant environment, Danny’s love for brisket brought him to explore the best BBQ stands across the country. It is that inspiration and years of perfecting his craft that the Brisket Shoppe was born.
This is no ordinary brisket shop. We serve only the highest quality, hand-selected, USDA Prime Briskets that are smoked to perfection daily ~ when they are gone they are gone.
You will not find a microwave, freezer, or can opener in our back of house. Everything we serve is prepared fresh that day, we will never sacrifice the quality of our handcrafted Briskets ~ limited quantities are produced to reduce waste, with the intent of running out just at closing time. Get here early, we WILL run out.
